A very striking and rare heavy crystal vase in hyalith black, the facet cut ovoid upper section on a facet cut spreading base. Condition: minor surface wear; nothing further found. Circa 1930s, circular moulded "Val St. Lambert Belgique" mark to the base. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 22.5cm/9in, rim diameter 22cm/8.75in, weight 4.08kg/8.99lb.
