A stylish crystal container and cover with ball finial, the lid acid cameo cut with flower heads and leaves in metallic colours. The bowl has an acid rendered stipple ground and sits on a gilt highlighted short bun stem and conical foot, the latter embellished with a gilt band. Condition: minor surface age and use wear; nothing further found. Circa 1920s, relief marked "Moda", produced by Daum, France. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height including finial 11.5cm/4.75in, diameter 11.5cm/4.75in.
