A charming pressed glass frost finish toothpick holder with a clear bead base ring. Two youthful figures dressed in robes and wearing vine leaf headbands hold up a coopered wooden barrel. Condition: one or two small nicks to the inner base ring; light surface wear; nothing further found. Circa 1880-90, relief Baccarat mark to the under-base. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 8.5cm/3.5in, width 12cm/4.75in, depth 8.5cm/3.5in
