An exceptional tall and heavy ruby overlay crystal vase, the rim and ovoid body cut to clear with slices, a broad diamond band, and splits. Condition: stand wear to the under-base; one or two tiny nicks to high points; light wear; nothing further found. Circa 1950s-60s, stylus signed to the base; original paper label. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 29cm/11.5in, rim diameter 11.5cm/4.5in, weight 4.32kg/9.52lb.
