A striking and tall mould blown uranium glass vase, the square form with two flat sides decorated with relief bubbles, and two concave sides with convex ribbing. Condition: stand wear to the under-base; light surface age and use wear; one or two minute nicks; nothing further found; reacts strongly to UV/Blackight. Circa 1968, design name "Presto" designed by Tamar Aladin for Riihimäen Lasi, Finland. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 28cm/11.25in, width 11cm/4.5in, weight 2.16kg/4.76lb.
