A hobnail and diamond cut crystal cylinder scent bottle, with an embossed foliate scrollwork sterling silver hinged top, and glass stopper. Condition: one or two tiny nicks to high points and edges; minor age and use wear; nothing further found; hinge firm, good closure. Silver hallmarked for Birmingham 1900, rubbed maker's mark "L&S" for Levi & Salaman. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 8.5cm/3.5in, diameter 2cm/1in.
