An appealing circular pale blue glass scent bottle, with a hinged brass top, suspensory chain, and glass stopper. The body is hand decorated all over with polychrome enamel clusters, leaves, and raised gilt ferns. Condition: light rubbing to the gilt; light age and use wear; minor interior residue; nothing further found; minor hinge play, good lid closure. Circa 1890, probably Bohemian. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 6cm/2.25in.
