A pretty heart shape porcelain scent bottle with two suspensory handles and metal crown top. The bottle is hand painted with a flying insect and a flower and leaf spray in magenta, green, and pale grey, the outline of the moulded upper section is picked out in magenta. Condition: wear to the cork on the crown top; minor rubbing to the decoration; light wear; nothing further found. Circa 1920s, unmarked, the porcelain probably German. Height 8.5cm/3.25in, width 5.7cm/2.25in.
