A handsome crystal dressing table bottle, with a pink guilloche hinged sterling top, sterling collar, and glass stopper. The body is masterfully engraved with rose, leaf, and berry festoons on bowed ribbons, the base section is embellished with a blade ring over a plain band. Condition: damage removed from the base; one or two tiny nicks to blade high points, light surface wear; nothing further found. Silver hallmarked for London 1910, maker's mark "CD" for Charles Henry Dumenil. Dimensions based on centimetres and rounded to nearest quarter inch. Height 15.5cm/6.25in, base diameter 7cm/3in,
