A tall crystal dressing table bottle with an ornate patterned silver plate screw top, plated collar, and glass stopper. The body is expertly cut in a spiral wrythen pattern. Condition: some stand wear to the under-base; one or two minute nicks to high points; light surface age and use wear; nothing further found. Circa 1900, top stamped with the WMF antler mark plus a star and "OX" for oxidised, and "I/O for normal plating thickness. Dimensions based on centimetres and rounded to nearest quarter inch. Height 18cm/7.25in, width 7.5cm/3in.
