An Art Nouveau tile with a relief flower head, buds, stem and swirling leaves design in blue, cream-yellow, blue-green and green tones on a cream ground. Condition: small chip to a reverse edge; not visible from the front; factory finish light roughness to the right edge; very tine edge nicks; very minor surface wear; light glaze crazing; nothing further found. Circa 1900, English, Henry Richards. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. 15cm/6in square.
