An Art Nouveau polychrome tube line tile with stylised flower heads and coiled stems in white, yellow and blue on pale blue half shields, the whole on a dark cobalt ground. Condition: small edge chip to the reverse bottom right, not visible from the front; minor surface wear; light glaze crazing; nothing further found. Circa 1905, Boizenburger Wandplattenfabrik, Germany. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. 15cm/6in square.
